Smart Human Apps (hereinafter, “SmartHumanApps,” “us,” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you may provide us while using our Services. Website, Application and Services covered by this Policy

We currently operate the website https://smarthumanapps.github.io as well as the Applications (“Apps”), collectively (“Services”). From time to time, we may add new Services that may not be listed above, but they will provide a link to this Policy and will be governed by its terms.

This privacy policy covers your use of this Apps or Services as well as what SmartHumanApps performs on your content, your personal information and other data SmartHumanApps collects when you access the Service.

What personal information we collect from you

Update October 2021: Visuapp for iOS - we disabled all analytics, crashlytics, and ads by Google or Firebase. Therefore no data is collected or shared with third-party companies.

We are not storing any personal user data throughout our websites or mobile applications that are subject and linked to this privacy policy. We do not collect any personal information from you unless you provide it to us in one of the ways discussed in this Policy. You may provide us this information directly through our Services if needed. If you decide to provide us your personal information (e.g., name, email address, mailing address) we will collect only the personal information that is needed to fulfill your requests.

We use email software to give support to the users of our apps. Users voluntarily contact us and the data about our communication is not stored by us but by the software we use to communicate. For example we may use gmail to answer your question. User’s email and message would be stored in our gmail account automatically for the purpose of further communication only. We are not accessing this data for any other purpose than to respond our users requests and questions. If any user would like to delete his email communication with us, he can contact us and we will delete any emails related to that user from gmail or other software we may have used in our communication within three business days. None of our apps or websites offer a possibility to know when a certain user stopped from using it, in order to delete any related data to that user. This is why we need you to contact us and tell us that you’re stopping using our services and need us to delete your data.

The email communications is the only personal data we keep and have control to delete. The information that is collected by the third-party companies software we use in our apps, can only be deleted by them.

What non-personal information we collect from you:

In many cases, SmartHumanApps will automatically collect certain non-personal information about your use of its Services. SmartHumanApps might collect, among other things, information concerning the operating system and device you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider and your “click path” through the Sites or the Application.

To do this, SmartHumanApps may use cookies and other technology. Your visits to our Services, and information provided through these technologies, will be anonymous.

Some of the mobile Applications may use Google Firebase Analytics sevice and are subject to respective privacy policy. Our apps are using different third party technologies that may store some personal data. We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to analyse how users use our apps to learn how something can be improved and to display advertisements. OneSignal (https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy) service is used to occasionally sending push notifications to our users. Fabric Crashlytics and Firebase Crashes are used to analyse the stability of our apps and understand where we have bugs and issues that cause some not expected behavior in our software. Google Admob and Firebase Ads are used for showing advertisements in our apps or websites.

Our Websites and Apps may display advertisements or advertising messages managed by third parties (for example, through the use of Google Adwords, Google Admob, Google Adsense and Google Analytics services, and their functions for advertisers), which are displayed on personalized way according to the information of the User that has said third party and their browsing preferences. SmartHumanApps does not have access to that information about the User and does not control the content of the advertisements that will be shown to him. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain advertisements may be segmented based on the information available to the User, such as geographic location, age range or interests. We don’t store any hard copies of user information.

In case you want to stop our apps collecting any information from you, you can just stop using them and even uninstall them from your device.

Our commitment to secure the personal information we have collected:

Despite we undertake to take on the state-of-the-art security measures that we consider necessary to warrant the security and privacy or your personal data, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. Consequently, SmartHumanApps cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Your use of the Application and Services is at your own risk. SmartHumanApps urges you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by memorizing your password or keeping it in a safe place. We use use the latest available security mechanisms such as HTTPS for websites and apps network connections.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

The storage as well as the processing of your Personal Data may require that your Personal Data are transferred to, and/or stored at, a destination outside of your country of residence. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to such transferring, storing and/or processing of personal data.

Privacy Policy for the Use of Facebook Plugins (Like-Button)

Plugins of the social networking site, Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA),are integrated into our side. Privacy Policy for the Use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We work with Crashlytics Inc. (“Crashlytics”),a service which collects data of users of our apps on Android or iOS. Crashlytics collects data on app usage, especially related to system crashes and errors. Thus, information about the device, the app version installed, in addition to other information, is used which can help fix bugs, particularly with respect to users’ software and hardware. We never collect any payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. It may be collected by the third party providers who process the final payment (e.g Google).
