1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application provided by Smart Human Apps ("SmartHumanApps," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our applications or services.

2. License and Restrictions

SmartHumanApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications ("Apps") and services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works based on our Apps or services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
• Use our Apps in any unlawful manner, including for hacking, scraping, or distributing malicious software.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Apps.

3. No Data Collection

SmartHumanApps does not collect, process, or store personal user data. However, third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) may independently collect certain user data under their own privacy policies. 4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Some of our Apps may integrate with third-party services (such as cloud storage, payment gateways, or external APIs). SmartHumanApps is not responsible for the content, functionality, or data collection practices of these services. You should review their respective terms before using them.

5. User-Generated Content

Some of our Apps may allow you to submit, upload, or share content. By submitting content, you grant SmartHumanApps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the scope of our services. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Security and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device and login credentials secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and prevent the Apps from functioning properly.

7. Internet Connection and Service Availability

Some features of the Apps require an active internet connection. SmartHumanApps is not responsible for unavailability due to:

• Network outages, weak signal, or poor internet connectivity.
• Third-party service disruptions beyond our control.
• Technical malfunctions or maintenance work.

8. Software Updates and Compatibility

We may provide updates to improve functionality or security. You agree to install updates when made available. We do not guarantee compatibility with all device models or future operating system versions.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to our Apps at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

• The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate.
• You must cease using the Apps and delete them from your device.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartHumanApps and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any reliance on third-party content, integrations, or external services.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with our Apps remain the sole property of SmartHumanApps. You may not use our branding without explicit permission.

12. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the respective app stores, and we do not collect or store payment information. Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the respective platform:

• Google Play: Users may request a refund directly through Google Play or contact us with the in-app purchase identifier.
• Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official refund system at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
